Policies
- 25% deposit is required to hold the date of your event, along with a signed contract. This deposit is non-refundable.
- 20 days prior to the event the 2nd 25% is due.
- 5 days prior to the event it must be paid in full with cash or credit card.
- $250 refundable deposit will be held for the following: damage to the banquet facility, decorations on the walls, extended time in the banquet room.
- There is an 18% service charge and a 6% sales tax added to each event.
- Confetti is not permitted.
- Buffet Pricing:
- Children under 2 are free
- Children 3-12 are half price
- The final guaranteed number of guests for all functions must be confirmed 5 days prior to event. That number will be the guaranteed, and not subject to a reduction. You will be charged for the guaranteed number of guest or actual number of guest, whichever is greater.
- Parties exceeding the time period of their event will be charged $150 per hour.
